Declutter as much as you can:
Get rid of toys, clothes, plates, towels, shoes and other unnecessary items from your home, and make sure that other things such as garden tools, garage equipment are not on the lawn. It will help you save some money instead of paying for Photoshop.
Depersonalise all spaces:
As a current owner, you probably have been preoccupied with your home’s personalisation. However, if you are planning to sell, you should apply a certain level of anonymity to the premises of your home to make it more neutral. At best, you should remove photos of young children and objectionable art.
Clean all the rooms and lawn:
Before the filming or Photo shooting occurs, the property should be streaky cleaned. Make sure windows, tables, and cabinets are free of visible dust particles. And arrange everything from vases to other decorations of the room. Make sure the property has trimmed lawns, including raked leaves and trimmed bushes and trees. It also hides yard decorations, trash cans, garden tools, hoses and shovels.
Tidy the kitchen and bathroom:
The kitchen and bathroom must be intact. Hide all cleaning supplies and keep all surfaces clear of clutter. The most important thing is to lower the toilet seat and clean the bathroom mirror. Remove all shampoo, conditioner, shower gel from the showerhead.

When starting a shoot, always open curtains and blinds to let in plenty of natural light. Remove the cobwebs that often lurk in the ceiling corners to avoid getting caught in the cobwebs.
Indoor lightings should be on:
Instantly maximise your space of dark areas by turning on the lights in the lobby and stairs—optimal lighting results in better quality photos and videos.
Shine all the areas with mirror:
Clean all reflective surfaces such as windows, mirrors, and glass countertops. Everything should be shiny, glossy and free from fingerprints.
Keep your pets away:
If you have a dog, cat, or other pet, please hide them temporarily for the duration of the photography.
Make sure outdoor amenities are clean:
If your property has a swimming pool, hot tub, or spa, make sure they are clean and look presentable. Place only necessary furniture near these areas and keep the environment minimum.
Put the necessary accessories only:
Imagine your home as a decoration stage and set up matching accessories accordingly. For example, you can add pillows to the sofa and bedroom or decorate the table with fresh flowers.

If possible, please move your vehicle on the road. Will highlight the front of the house, and the parking lot will be as described, giving buyers a clearer view of the said area.
